PS: If you are considering buying CIRT while still at below 0.04 you should do it NOW. Thus far: (i) the great 04 10-K results, and (ii) the latest news that show the explosive growth this company is experiencing have not been jumop started the PPS. TIME IS RUNNING OUT, IMO. The upcomming 10-K, or any other triggering event (e.g., new contracts, or forward looking statements?) should start the long due upper move. And it can be significant, IMO.
