I wish I knew what the real estate is that they bought. A 500 unit apartment complex that they generated rental income from would be nice. Or how about a business complex. They didn't mention anything about rentals but that would really add to quarterly income.

The new technology acquisition does appear to show more promise than the old dial up companies they would buy up.

Should be an interesting future as we see the developments unfold.
