SEMINOLE, FLORIDA, May 16, 2011 – RCC Holdings, Corp. (PINK SHEETS RCCH) (http://www.RCCHoldings.com) is pleased to announce it has closed the acquisition of A-List Feature Films, Inc. in a stock for stock transaction.

In a joint statement, Gene Newton, Chairman of RCC and Jim Fitzpatrick, President of A-List, said, “We believe that the affiliation of RCC and A-List has great potential and we look forward to developing A-List and its films.”

A-List Feature Films, Inc. was formed to produce commercial feature motion pictures. A-List will focus on high-concept family drama comedies.
