It costs my friend around $60/month to subscribe Comcast but even unable to watch TNT for NBA playoff. I may be able to convince my friend to switch to other services. It seems only Comcast is available locally. But DirecTV and dish might be the options. If one of them carries Q, I will act fast to switch.
