Yes. I have yet to uncover any evidence that JC has misled investors. I believe he got burned by the NIR hedge fund like many investors here. He recently bought shares on the open market because he knows the value of this company and he believed the NIR settlement would be favorable. I do not think he saw this SEC mandate coming and I'm hopeful he will put this company back on track in the next 6 months.
