Because they are not out and what was promised last time, did not happen. Since this is the case with what DA does, it will go down as typical.

The dang financials should have been out earlier than being late. Would have built a lot more confidence in the investor base. With not many buying, the MM's have to discount and sell lower.

That is a fact based on todays buys.
