Notice the ease last dredge season that sgcp had in acquiring large cash infusions from investors by offering the same amount of shares. Quite diff this year because imo, investor sentiment is to hold and not accumulate or get in as first time investors.
Burned by forward looking overly optimistic company pr's and confusion about whether sgcp by going into agriculture has investors imo also wondering if management knows sgcp cannot become profitable in any great degree from dredging.
