Obviously sgcp sold/diluted at a certain ask/bid level, and rather than completely panic investors watching the share price plumett through levels of support, the sgcp had to halt sales before selling the 1 million dollars of shares. This indicates how weak investor interest is imo in SGCP stock compared to last year when sgcp had more buyers and could release more shares without causing alarm.
