I am happy to hear that business has been good, and I just have a few brief questions. First, how confident are you regarding the accuracy of your unaudited financial statements? Has auditing of your records begun? If so, are the numbers in-line with what you have been releasing to the public?

Second, how were the results from the conference in Las Vegas? Would you say that your expectations were exceeded? Does this
increase/decrease your sales forecasts for Navicom? Do you plan on releasing a press release about the results?

Lastly, are you still on track to becoming a fully reporting company in June? Around what date do you intend on releasing more information regarding this process? Have any "surprises" occurred that may cause a delay in becoming fully reporting?

Scott Miller replied:

We have begun the audits and have no reason to believe there will be any material differences between unaudited and audited numbers. Las Vegas was better than expected. We were, in our opinion, the hit of the conference and certainly the best-attended booth. And yes, we will soon be releasing results. We are on track to FILE at the end of June. It's thereafter that we become a reporting company.
