"Institutions" deal with $5 stocks, at a minimum. NO institution such as Fidelity, T Rowe Price, Schwab, etc. would even consider adding a penny stock to their mutual fund portfolios! Are you nuts? The phrase "Institutional buying" refers to blocks of shares purchased for a major mutual fund.
