since you asked

if the new ceo's intent is to take co.
private i'd expect a r/s of 3000
leaving the OS at 1M level

remember the caveat is when and why

if it's to take the co. private for
access to capital specific to ETC
and their *deployment* into X big box
retail *NATION WIDE* vs. .. er .. piece meal
that suits this *investor* with my LT horizons
just fine .. since current mgmt also holds restricted
common shares :)

it also gives the co. breathing room and takes
the co. out of the toxic cesspool on the OTC
which i both applaud and have been asking for
for well over a year now .. again i'm a LT investor

and at 2.9 years .. the *newbie*

i'd also *expect* within 12 months of this event
that a cash div would be issued for those 1M shares

so using <example> 60M exph shares held <presuming gtcs set
aren't hit via mini or content runs> divide by 3k

that leaves 20,000 shares

which as i've pm'd to folks who've asked me sounds
god awful .. until one realizes a few aspects

ALL share the same fate .. including bod and insiders
as well as *beneficial* owners who have MASSIVE shares
held via cert form that have never been deposited <part
of *penson's* problems ... but i digress>

there is a thriving market for non public co.s where
shares can be *traded* without the crop of BS issues
faced by legit co.s <expo> on the *poorly watched* OTC

but mostly .. what i'd expect via breathing room and
access to capital .. and no more *gross and egregious*
exph stock manipulation .. is that in due course

the co. can come public again <but> on the naz .. 3 years down
the road .. with fully audited fins .. and do a *forward
split* .. so there is *liquidity* .. i'd say 20M to 25M shares
works just fine .. so those 20k shares become 400,000 or
500,000 depending on *aspects*

now this is just one scenario .. there are many others
including imo the very real possibility of another co.
with *connections* wanting to come public in due course

again this is my opinion .. and it's why i want to know
what the INTENT OF THE NEW CEO IS RE: ETC and how compensated
b4 making MY DECISION in regards to shares held by MYSELF ~

and fyi .. if mgmt is asked about this .. not surprisingly
it's refuted in totality :)
