Bayside Corporation (BYSD)

If you search for BYSD, nothing shows up and that ticker has been traded for years. So I sent this to the SEC a month ago.

I have invested with a company going through a reverse merger. The company is Bayside Corporation owned by Louis Porter. Lou has emailed stating that he is waiting on the sec to finish the paperwork. Can you tell me or direct me as to whether this company is indeed trying to complete its filings. I am a new investor and just trying to find out if he is just a scam or legit.
