Only if it benefits the holder of the preferreds. That's precisely my point; the commoner is pushed out of the equation. As a SAVW shareholder, you have no advocacy inside managerial decisions. Your rights of ownership as a commoner are usurped by design.
And yes, the preferreds are truly insidious. There is no legitimate reason for their existence, except to give control and ownership privilege to a few, or in this case, one person.
