We wanted to give a quick update on Integrity Sales & Services (OTC:PRMK), and the story that is unfolding. Since completing its reverse merger the Company has been positioning itself to expand from a regional truck and farm equipment reseller, to now an International player.

The Company will be holding an investor road show this Friday, which may bring in new buying interest from close friends and businesses in the local community. The Company has also expanding its production capacity, and is epxected to announce this in the company day or so.

This news, in combination with their planned international expansion, and $3 million line-of-credit option now puts them in position to begin executing their first international purchase orders, and they have been moving pretty quickly on the front to say the least.

When you step back and see the picture being developed, the perception oj this company will be changed from a small regional player, to an international supplier of trucks and farm equipment, and this should grab the attention of the retail investment community.

We will keep you updated on new events, and just wanted to give PRMK shareholders an update on pending news in the coming week or two.
