I agree with most of your post but I was referring to what would be best to get to cash flow positive quick. Sure the sands have a value but how long do they take to prep for sale and how long does payment take? Gold will be a much quicker turn around.

I would much prefer to see the company sitting on a lot of ounces of gold then a lot of tons in black sands.

Also I agree that they are doing what they feel is best. That is pretty in line with most corporate structures. Unfortunately we are just shareholders so large quantities of black sands with long lead times will work well for the corporation but might mean more dilution to fund operations while continue to build the appropriate infrastructure to handle them. In the long run it is not necessarily bad but short term this strategy could be bad for shareholders. Once they get going with their filings we will get a better idea but for now shareholders are in the dark and can only guess.
