a few reasons

1) thinly traded
2) all initial shareholders were previous owners...no real institutional ownership
3) profit taking
4) lack of visibility
5) post bk stocks typically fall after issuance of new stock

Waiting for financials. They will be blockbuster. Look at KRO. Great fundamentals, Great results, raising prices every month

Sold of from mid 60's to mid 50's for no real reason. I've been buying warrants at these prices
