Food for thought about maybe a China deal

I like your thinking that Bright Foods or somebody wants to kick the Irgovel tires before a major deal is signed. It should be up and running in two months.

So, if I agree that a Bright licensing deal is better than sale to me, if a licensing deal is coming it must be financed because we own nothing there like we did with Irgovel. So, we need shares approved to increase to 500,000,000 at the shareholder meeting to back up convertiblele preferred deal to finance licensing.

But, now here is the kicker you left out. The reason we don't have a pharma/nutraceutical deal is because that will be with Bright foods. The nutraceuticals are a no brainer. Bright has retail operations all over China and ability to sell to other retail establishmentsents in China. Our rice based nutraceuticals will sell their faster than guns given away in a prison break(thanks kodiak for that one). And it fits even better because over a year ago Bright signed a JV with GNC for stores in China.

So, to summarize my above thoughts, that have never worked out(Aghast) A SRB/RBO/pharma deal will be one deal. Just a possibility, don't bank on it. But if we are going to dream, let's dream big or go home>>>

Take a look at the Bright/GNC JV story again. The last sentence says, "GNC China will promote the “GNC” brands in China’s large to medium-sized cities and examine potential development opportunities in retailing, distribution and PRODUCTION when conditions permit."


Production? Maybe NTRZ products? hey hey hey, possibilities.
