does anyone know anything about this BCLE.it has barely traded for the past week.Yesterday bid 002 vs ask 003,stayed at 0028.Today,finally raised bid to 0025 with 003 ask for only 10000 shares,with a phantom 0035 noshare trade!whats up and whats it take to get a couple hundred thousand shares,any advice?
