Hi Ellen,

I will try my best to imagine what could be something good, up that sleeve. I realize this is a reach for our company. It does look to me like the current officers of FLTT made a clean break from China Voices operations when they realized the dealings were messy and the jig was up with Burbank's caper.

I have read the SEC complaint over and over and it looks really bad for China Voice and the Burbank crowd. Quite a few individuals are named as accomplices but that did not include any of the officers of FLTT.

One possibility is that Burbank saw how far he had paddled up the creek before losing his paddle and started putting every thing into the potential of FLTT to generate real revenue that would bail him out of his jam. FLTT may have the potential for profitability but it was not enough and not growing fast enough to get all those China Voice crooks out of trouble. So the idea had to be abandoned at which time Browne began doing what he can to rescue the potential of FLTT mainly by breaking free of China Voice and going it alone. If that is the case we may still find ourselves involved in a magnificent opportunity.

That is the best I can do without being on the inside. On the other hand we may find out Browne et all may have been running the same type of scam via FLTT. Without news to the contrary we don't have anything to go on but the negativity of current events, which is now pervasive and may in fact be all there is.
