the filing delay is to be expected. toby just took over. he would and could not sign a blank piece of paper. so ignore it. it is unimportant.read the 8k. i will tell you all this, once, i am in this thing up to my neck and will be till nasdaq that they want to be listed on so no more mm B.....S..... this was manipulation and panic. pure and simple.
