Much appreciated. I had called and was informed of the procedure for the correction of a misfiled form by the NV SOS but was too lazy to request the correction form Expo Holdings, Inc. could (and should) have used immediately to correct the "mistaken" reverse split notice made in February 2011. They have now been provided with the simple instructions and form necessary for the procedure of "correcting" the reverse split filing and have refused to do so on both occasions. There is now no doubt whatsoever that Expo Holdings has lied to it's shareholders and quite obviously intends and always has intended to go through with the R/S they have filed for. As I have often posted, not a matter of IF, just WHEN. IMHO.
