That all depends! It is the same as with the phone - depending on the rep you get. If you get a good one and they can answer your question quickly, it's good - but if you get one like the last one I dealt with it could be pure nightmare! The last time I used the feature the rep I had didn't have a clue (I without a doubt knew more than she did -she was obviously green)and it took twice as long as a phone call and she never fixed the problem!
