WNRC ouch! however they are still a low float shell looking for a deal.
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2005--
WENR Corp. (OTC:WNRC) (wenr.net), announced today that
the Board of Directors has decided to schedule a shareholders' meeting
in the near future to increase the authorized shares and position the
Company for a possible merger or acquisition. The board also discussed
a possible stock dividend to shareholders if circumstances warrant.
"Our goal is to increase shareholder value, further develop the
assets of Media Gems and pursue our oil and gas program," said Dan
Green, the Company's CEO.
