You may be right , But IMHO there more to the drop then meets the eye they are now chargeing trading firm 200-700 dollar for trade of non compliant dtcc stock. it went into effect about month ago given the money grab , one can assume that some of the smaller trade platform will be looking to move elsewhere. Put that with what apears to be a less then stellar bond issue the market may just be adjusting to writing on the wall.
