~!~ Now that's interesting. You have been doing this a long time from what I can tell. Is that conclusion derived from some indicators of the shell itself, such as no income, etc, so you would assume someone has to pay the fees..(it can really be almost 100k to file those a year?) so that leaves you with beneficial shareholders and officers of said shell coming up with the cash? Could it be paid for out of ceo/insider share selling every 3 months? I've seen this pattern for quite a while on shells and your posts have really started to open my eyes as never before.
So then, basically on a shell play, whatever 'product' they claim to have doesn't need to exist as long as the shell can be used as a RM or some such deal....
