Waste Management is doing it with Agilyx and I expect Covanta will be doing it with GEYI-Alphakat shortly.

Of course, Agilyx is using plastic ONLY, whereas GEYI-Alphakat uses ANYTHING with hydrocarbons in it. Much wider applicability. And Covanta has an EXCLUSIVE on it!!

Did you know that the energy input in the Alphakat process is from a turbine driven by a diesel-generator? It is! No heat exchanger needed with the attendant necessary cleaning of heat exchange surfaces to maintain efficiency. How does a turbine provide heat? It moves the contents so quickly that kinetic energy of motion is converted into heat! Neat!!
