If his all goes as planned those shares will be bought up by institutions, hedgies, mutual funds and the like. We need liquidity to be attractive to commercial investors. Plus Kim owns more than half of the float and OS so we are in good hands right now.

The A/S was to avoid a takeover attempt before we got to market.
