MSMY has a solid baseline. This is not a daytrader stock. MSMY has many things going on but it takes time for them to be complete. The first obstical was waiting for the new president of Haiti to be sworn in. that just happened. We know that BOD member Ambasador Lucke has been in Haiti. I assume that he met with the powers that be and reached an agreement regarding Contracts for MSMY to provide housing for rebuilding of Haiti. I also think that nothing could be signed and formally agreed on until after the president officially took office. Now that he is officially sworn in the contracts can be made ready for official signing. I look for news of either Ambassador Lucke himself or a group of MSMY members going to Haiti for the formal signing.
