How can you have come to this conclusion so soon?

I'm saying The CEO Seems to be on the Shady side!

No one knows the order things were happening three weeks ago when someone found out by chance that the reverse merger was happening because of a change of address of STDF.

Ever since then the process and timeliness of the reverse merger has been under pressure from shareholders (can I say gamblers) who want a quick buck.

Scorpion mgt had to buy their existing mgt out and the price shot up - one side or the other then put out the IR confirming the r/M and alerting to possible R/S so price would drop and transaction of shares could go through.

They have a business to run and want to ensure all filings are correct. Accounts for the new STDF should be the next thing we see along with confirmation of the name change.

I don't see anything shady going on at all, just small company trying to get listed and having their hands forced by a chance detection of the trade. I guess they were really working on having things done by end May or June and now everyone one wants everything completed last week - ain't going to happen -

Patience my friend that is all it will take - keep adding here IMHO or have some ready to roll once any more concrete information comes out.
