Hey SJ,

Really this thing suffered from apathy probably more than anything. It's not the only play any of us had and the filings were confusing as all get out ... One of the reasons I had submitted it to Cork's board to see if those guys could make sense of it all.

The hypothetical here that I would offer is ... If this thing had never had a little run, none of this would even be a consideration. No one would be here crying foul that things weren't 'stickeyed' on some possibility that never came to pass.
