Salamon didn't do the filing for the 8K or any of the previous filings (10Q, 10K), Mike did. Which puts the validity of the merger into question since the terms of the share purchase agreement between him and John were never satisfied.
If you read the first of two Form 4/A's filed by John yesterday John states that information in the filings regarding his position with SLMU and his share ownership that Mike did are incorrect.

Sure people can interpret things how they want. I have my opinion of the situation. In any case it should be interesting to see where things go from here.
