That 'caveat emptor' is pure BS. It's very easy to get one, esp. when a stock moves with no real news. A LOT of investors use it to bring the price down. Naked shorts dream, really. Check out this legal write-up on the abuse of the 'caveat emptor' designation.

HCEI is a great stock, soon to be in the dollars, not cents. Once the big dogs that want it load up, they will let the price fly.

After the MTV Awards (week of June 6th), there will be much more recognition of this stock. And I would predict news will come out soon!!
