Why would Renfro put any money into a company he allready owns??? Don't you get it? He is trying to sell his assets that he owns to Brazos ie you shareholders for millions and millions of dollars. Then turn around and run the company. The question you should ask is why Renfro couldn't make it on his own and make a lot more money with a few private investors?
