Vincent Brown either has incentive or is a fall guy:
"Mr. Browne has a four year employment agreement that went effective on October 6, 2008. Mr. Browne receives salary in the amount of $180,000 per year, which shall immediately increase to $240,000 when the Company achieves sustainable profitability for one quarter................."
