GFRE - We looked at that already and don't agree nor find anything that remotly ties the two together.

Shouguang City Haoyuan Chemical Industry Co is the chemical division of GFRE (ala Shandong Haoyuan Chemical Industry in the article) - it is confusing since a lot of these firms use the city names, but my folks say that the city name is often left out in Chinese when reports who don;t really know the US firm names write - but we are pretty sure, very very sure, this is GFRE and not the older group which does not have ANY Bromine chemical resources nor does it have a license ( which will not be issued to any other firms) to mine Bromine nor any technology or anything to offer - plus that firm is not even in the bromine business.

We did a hard search and could only find articles that were about GFRE's Shouguang City Haoyuan Chemical Industry Co when it came to bromine.

Crocker confirmed the article in a round about way but said - which I agree with - that the whole thing is in the very early stages of just govt support and Party focus - which you can see they have big time.

Folks that read chinese that have looked at it are pretty sure this is GFRE.

Plus - in the 10q you can read where they talk about a new chemical plant for Wastewater and the need for a stock round from the shelf or financing.

They are putting all thier resouces into reseach on Wastewater -

Plus - and this is critical - there is not other firm in China that can produce legally for resell Bromine - the other 5 licenses are for manufactures that produce Bromine for their own manufacturing use.

So if you think that that the old firm (which only lives in a four year old ghost web site already addressed by GFRE) is going to build a $230 million dollar facility in Daying - they would need to buy hundreds of millions of dollars of Bromine from GFRE a year and all of a sudden become experts at Wastewate treatment plus find investors - it just has to be GFRE on so many counts I think it is pretty safe to say its GFRE.

Hope this helps.
