Maybe the problem is that Techno-Compu-Geeks run a multi-national company from the standpoint of thinking how to fix what a subordinate tech staff should fix. Compu-Geeks should not be in the front-man, Face-Guy position who deals with public relations, stockholders expectations, bottom lines, deadlines for SEC etc...I think Ken has said that he's a software engineer by trade which is a problem solver, fix-it hands-on guy. Its an admirable gift, however, its not going to put anyone's mind at ease when deadline after deadline is missed due to this glitch or that glitch which he himself has to go back and fix. In other words hire a front-man.
