Watch out boys and girls it's time to rock and roll!! We got $4.79 per foot of the core...which is better than any of the estimates that I've seen...it looks like we have pricing power and a solid product...LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!

I've said many times that GC would be the first sales of Core and people doubted me, but today is the day we've all been waiting for! Not only is a sell...it's a sell to one of the largest utilities in the country!
