Hey Rage, this is from the 8-k thst was filed which gives detail to their press release regarding the emb-314 super tucano. Like ive been saying for months, this aircraft is key, the US government has been testing this plane for two years, and it is widely used around the world. The US wants to aiquire a fleet of these to deploy in the middle east, and they will obviously need training. Thats where TADF comes in. Currently TADF/Tac-air have the only emb-314 super tucano in the US for training purposes. The reason this craft is featured in the Tac-air website is because it is so widely used. TADF has made it a top priority to land International contracts and this is the craft to do it with. Big things are in the pipeline, these two compnaies joining forces will help the combined entity land even larger future contracts.

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Aircraft was leased in the name of Tac-Air under a capital lease, with Tac-Air maintaining full control of the Aircraft and responsibility for all associated operational, administrative, maintenance and insurance costs related to the operation of the Aircraft. Tactical Air Defense Services, Inc. has deliver $80,280.00 as a security deposit (the “Deposit”) under the lease of the Aircraft.
