Except that it is Dweeno's scam and he will never leave. His patent that he transferred to company. Probably has soem small print in there to take it back. His building that he is making handsome rent on. And although not a majority of the insider votes, he controls a huge block at ~60M shares. You'll have to get his buddies to turn against him. Only the SEC will force that type of action.
