I agree it is confusing to read in that as to which date to expect the 8K. I too actually thought the 8K would be out today to explain the details of the deal. But maybe they meant by June 30th?? I don't really know. I'm just waiting for the 8K cause it should clearly explain the details so we can put some valuation to our stock price. And I do beleive they have to wait for the Ryder Scott Audit to submit the 8K due to that will be a lot of our valuation for the company.
