Sure seems that way. Especially after last 10Q when they dropped the bombshell, got rid of their US contacts, and at the very least "muzzled" any English-speaking employees. IMO (and sadly) it appears they've decided to write off their US investors. There's just so much of this crap that goes on and there's not enough regulatory investigators (anywhere) to even begin to deal with it.
