Good analysis. I see today as just retail buying back in because of unwarranted positive speculation. There could be a dozen and a half reasons as to why there is no objection from the EC; good or bad.

The rampant speculation over the past few days is nuts. I don't think anything has materially changed, and we'll steam roll straight to confirmation.
