Good choice, this info is nothing more than clarification of what the PR said about preliminary dredging. We all know from a previous PR they were doing some test dredging, at least now we've got some info as to the actual activity of the dredging. Don't think this is going to help or hurt in anyway. Just gives some of us a mental picture of whats going on.
