What started out as a very optomistic day has turned into a kick in the pants!

Unclear to me how 6 weeks since quarter end that the company is unable to file the quarterly report. If they added a 100 new customers and several million in revenues, maybe?

I've never saw where a company filed an extension because the news was good, have you? I hope I'm wrong.
