Not an expert on O&G like most here but they have identified some production/share issues with a state run venture which has stalled some of their wells. They are forthright in identifying them in the Sedar filings. I think this will get resolved. I view this as a very long term opportunity given their recent development announcements... might be too small though to take complete advantage of democratization and privatization of the Ukrainian O&G plays. Still very small holding of mine compare to other Hweb/BobWins celebrated calls. Like you it is too hard to make a big bet if you are not completely convinced, then kick yourself when it works out. I do feel good though about picking TGLEF independantly of the O&G gurus of this board...lol
