If you think these folks should remain, make the pay "performanc" related...period. If they did produce, the mil would be totally justified. I get a salary, but if a couple of years go by and my performance is no good to the company, my job is in trouble...believe that! Put the flywheel people in flywheel jobs and find some savy buisnessmen to run the company....and I don't mean into the ground. If we continue on this course and the flywheels do turn into a future goldmine, the hedgies will smackit down so low then force buy everything....have we ever seen this happen? do ya think Laza is capabable of such an unspeakable tactic?
