It's not the type of financial statement that is filed that you are thinking of. It's simply a business license form, not the full audit/financials type thing. It's the same forms they had to fill out originally when they bought the shell last year and pay the $50 business license tax. They simply forgot to mail it in this year for the renewal. When I noticed it last week and pointed it out to Fred he filled out the form and sent in the check overnight mail.
