Here is my read on the 60-90 days. The timing of the publication of the SRK report will allow them to obtain the permints within 60-90 days from the date of the news release. After re-reading and re-reading the news release that is the only interpretation that I can come up with that makes sense. Now, if they mean something else all I can say is that the wording was terrible.
