but what i love about finra's new system .. is
one can track specific amts <traded> via each MM
and then keep a record of that info for what is
reported *MONTHLY* to finra .. keeps things nice
and clean .. and very *clear* .. now of course
this new reg was implemented last monday so it
rules out MAY's data .. but JUNE's data will be
100 percent accurate .. as to what shows/what is
traded/and what is reported to FINRA




I do not believe it works that way but I could be mistaken. On the pink sheets, I believe that market makers are still not required to publish a bid or ask. Who you see there on the best bid/offer may not in fact be the market maker associated with an executed trade. It will be interesting to see how well your analysis mates up with the June report. My bet, it will not be 100% accurate.
