Former, Dean had the opportunity to clarify to all of us the time line for submission on the MTV spot, and all he says is we are in step 1 of a 3 phase plan. No mention of an actual date set up for the FDA meeting to discuss protocols, so if you think Dean is really close to RE-submitting, it sounds like wishful thinking and not in conjunction with anything Dean told us.
